SOUTHEASTERN COLORADO. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADARS AND
SURFACE OBSERVATIONS CONTINUED TO SHOW A LARGE AREA OF LIGHT TO
MODERATE SNOW SPREADING EASTWARD FROM EASTERN COLORADO INTO THE
CENTRAL PLAINS. FARTHER SOUTH...PRECIPITATION WAS IN THE FORM OF
RAIN ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS INTO WESTERN OKLAHOMA. AN
ORGANIZED AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS HAD DEVELOPED NEAR THE
