REGION THROUGH TONIGHT. AS MUCH AS 4 TO 8 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS...ARE POSSIBLE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY ACROSS MUCH OF
NEW ENGLAND. HIGHER AMOUNTS CAN BE EXPECTED FOR LOCATIONS DOWNWIND
OF THE GREAT LAKES WHERE LAKE EFFECT SNOWFALL MAY BE A FACTOR.
