portions of the Central Gulf Coast eastward into the Southeast
coast...

Flash Flood Watches are in effect for southeastern Louisiana,
southern Mississippi, southern Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle.

Flood Warnings are in effect for areal rivers and coastal areas
from southeastern Louisiana through southern Mississippi.

At 900 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar detected
scattered to moderate rainfall across central and southeast
Louisiana, northeast Florida into Southeast Georgia and the South
Carolina Peidmont. The center of Nicholas was analyzed over the
