The Nor'easter over the eastern seaboard should generally continue
to move slowly northward for the remainder of today into Monday.
It is expected that there will be an increase in winds and
rainfall across the Mid-Atlantic and into New England later today
and Monday as the low moves farther north along the elongated
system. The Carolinas will continue to see rainfall and gusty
winds for the remainder of today, though conditions should improve
slowly by Monday as the system winds down and moves slowly
offshore.
