This supports a series of low pressure systems will move across the Aleutians and parts of the Mainland this weekend and into the coming week. This will favor a wet pattern with near normal temperatures for far northern and southern portions of the state. Locally heavy rain will be possible along the coast from the eastern Kenai to Yakutat.
