Lower Mississippi Valley and portions of the Tennessee Valley.

Flood Warnings are in effect across portions of the central Gulf
Coast.

At 900 AM CDT...National Weather Service radars, satellite and
surface observations indicated moderate to heavy rain bands
extending from southeastern Texas, the Lower Mississippi Valley,
and into the Tennessee Valley. Below are preliminary rainfall and
