...Tropical storm force winds and bands of rain impacting portions
of the southeast coastline from northeast Florida to South
Carolina...

Hurricane and Tropical Storm Warnings, along with Storm Surge
Warnings are in effect for coastal areas of the Southeast and
southern Mid-Atlantic states from Florida to North Carolina.

Hurricane and Tropical Storm Watches are in effect farther north
across portions of the Mid-Atlantic including eastern North
Carolina and southeast Virginia.

Flash Flood Watches are in effect for portions of eastern North
Carolina, eastern South Carolina, southeast Georgia and northeast
Florida.

At 1000 AM EDT...National Weather service radar and surface
observations showed some bands of showers along coastal areas of
northeast Florida, and eastern South Carolina. Locally strong and
gusty winds to tropical storm force are also being observed along
portions of Florida's east coast. Below are preliminary rainfall
and wind observations associated with Dorian. For more information
