Flood Adviories are scattered across coastal locations of these
states.

At 900 AM CDT...National Weather Service radar and surface
observations showed moderate to heavy rainfall associated with
Tropical Depression Imelda continuing over southeast Texas. The
heaviest rainfall was along and just off the coasts of southeast
Texas and southwest Louisiana. For more information regarding the
