At 300 PM CDT...National Weather Service radar and surface
observations showed moderate to heavy rainfall associated with
Tropical Depression Imelda continued over southeast Texas and
advanced east into western and central Louisiana. The heaviest
rainfall was just off the coasts of southeast Texas and southwest
