Imelda spins over southeast Texas...

Flash Flood Watches are in effect for portions of eastern Texas
and western Louisiana. Flash Flood Warnings are in effect for
coastal southeast Texas north of Galveston. Flood Warnings are
scattered across coastal areas of these states.

At 900 PM CDT...National Weather Service radar and surface
observations showed moderate to heavy rainfall associated with
Tropical Depression Imelda continuing over southeast Texas. The
heaviest rainfall was falling over Jefferson and Hardin counties
in Texas while moving toward southwest Louisiana. For more
