portions of New England...
A Flood Warning remains in effect along portions of the Souhegan
River in southern New Hampshire
Flood Watches are in effect for portions of western Massachusetts,
southern New Hampshire, and southern Vermont
An Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory is in effect across
portions of western Massachusetts

At 1000 PM EDT...Surface observations indicated that the surface
low tied to Post-T.C. Henri was located in southeastern
Connecticut, having a central pressure of approximately 1006
millibars, or 29.7 inches of mercury. Two broad regions of steady
to locally heavy rainfall affiliated with this circulation were
occurring over portions of New England. An area of steady rainfall
was occurring over portions of central and northeastern Maine.
Another, containing pockets of heavier rain rates, was located
over eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire, and Rhode
