...Heavy Rain and Wind associated with Hurricane Ian are moving
north into Coastal Georgia and South Carolina...

Flood Warnings are in effect for portions of Central and Northeast
Florida.

Flood Watches are in effect for Southeast Georgia and Southeast
South Carolina.

At 1100 PM EDT...The center of Hurricane Ian was analyzed off the
southeast coast about 215 miles south of Charleston, South
Carolina earlier this evening. National Weather Service Doppler
Radar observed tropical rainfall north and west of Ian's center,
pushing into coastal Georgia and South Carolina. Below are
preliminary rainfall and wind observations associated with
Tropical Storm Ian. Strong winds from Ian may have led to
under-reporting of rainfall in the areas of strongest winds. For
