...Winds and heavy rain continue throughout Central West Florida,
the Florida Panhandle, and portions of the Southeast as Tropical
Depression Nicole moves inland...

At 1000 PM EST...National Weather Service Doppler Radar indicate
that bands of moderate to heavy rainfall continue over portions of
north Florida into the Southeast. The heaviest rain bands are
located across sections of south central Georgia. A warm front
currently drapes across the Southeast, where isolated and
scattered showers and thunderstorms have spread into the
Carolinas. Surface observations indicate that the strongest winds
are over the Florida Panhandle and Southern Alabama/Georgia,
gusting up to 25-30 mph. For more information regarding the
