Texas depict generally calm weather across the region, with a few
scattered and progressive showers noted.

While conditions are calm now, another round of locally very heavy
rainfall is expected overnight as a low-level circulation flares
up additional showers and thunderstorms over Central Texas. Nearly
stationary storm motions, combined with extremely heavy rainfall
rates upwards of 4"/hr at times could lead to local 8" rainfall
amounts through tomorrow morning. For more information on the
