At 900 AM CDT...Radar and surface observations over Central Texas
depict showers and storms to the southwest of Dallas, producing
locally heavy rainfall.

Scattered storms capable of locally very heavy rainfall will
continue today as a low-level circulation flares up additional
showers and thunderstorms over Central Texas. Nearly stationary
storm motions, combined with extremely heavy rainfall rates
upwards of 2-3"/hr at times could lead to localized 6+" rainfall
