At 900 PM CDT...Radar and surface observations over South-Central
Texas depict a few showers and thunderstorms moving southward out
of the region.

While conditions are calm now, yet another round of locally heavy
rainfall is possible overnight as a low-level circulation flares
up additional showers and thunderstorms over Central Texas. Nearly
stationary storm motions, combined with very heavy rainfall rates
upwards of 3"/hr at times could lead to local 6" rainfall amounts
