southern Louisiana, and southern Mississippi.

At 900 AM CDT...Doppler Radar showed numerous showers and
thunderstorms located along and just south of the Gulf Coast.
Pockets of showers and thunderstorms also continue to pivot over
the Texas coast, producing locally excessive rainfall rates. Below
are preliminary rainfall observations associated with Tropical
