FLOOD AND FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS ARE CURRENTLY IN EFFECT FOR
PORTIONS OF NORTH CAROLINA...SOUTH CAROLINA AND GEORGIA.  

FLOOD AND FLASH FLOOD WATCHES ARE IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF
ILLINOIS...KENTUCKY...MISSOURI...GEORGIA...SOUTH CAROLINA AND
NORTH CAROLINA. 

AT 10 PM CDT...03Z...TROPICAL DEPRESSION DENNIS WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 36.8 NORTH...AND LONGITUDE 88.9 WEST...OR 20 MILES SOUTH
OF PADUCAH KENTUCKY.

TROPICAL DEPRESSION DENNIS IS MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. 

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 15 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  THE MINIMUM
