AT 04 PM CDT...2100Z...THE LOW ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMNANTS OF "FAY"
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 27.6 N...LONGITUDE 99.6 W...OR NEAR LAREDO
TEXAS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 10 MPH NEAR THE CENTER OF THE
REMNANT LOW.  MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1007 MB...29.75 INCHES.

THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM IS CONCENTRATED
IN SOUTH TEXAS WHILE WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRESENT OVER
THE EASTERN HALF OF THE STATE.  2 TO 5 INCHES IS OF ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED NEAR THE STORM CENTER AS THE REMNANTS OF
"FAY " MOVES SOUTHWEST ACROSS THE RIO GRANDE INTO MEXICO.
