AT 10 PM CDT...0300Z...THE LOW ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMNANTS OF "FAY"
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 26.1 N...LONGITUDE 100.1 W...OR JUST NORTH
MONTERREY MEXICO. THE LOW IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DRIFTING
SOUTHWEST OVERNIGHT AND WEAKEN AS IT MOVES AWAY FROM THE GULF
OF MEXICO.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 15 MPH NEAR THE CENTER OF THE
REMNANT LOW. MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1008 MB...29.77 INCHES.
THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM IS NOW
CONCENTRATED ON THE MEXICAN SIDE OF THE RIO GRANDE WHILE
SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE STILL LINGERING IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS.
