FLOOD WATCHES AND WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR A LARGE PORTION OF
THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY INCLUDING...THE SOUTHERN HALF OF
MISSISSIPPI...MUCH OF LOUISIANA...A COUPLE OF COUNTIES IN
NORTHEASTERN TEXAS...MUCH OF ARKANSAS...EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND MUCH
OF MISSOURI. A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT FOR
CENTRAL LOUISIANA INTO SOUTHWESTERN MISSISSIPPI. FOR STORM

MILES...32 KM...WEST-NORTHWEST OF TEXARKANA ARKANSAS AND 120
MILES...193 KM...SOUTH OF FORT SMITH ARKANSAS. 

THE DEPRESSION WAS DRIFTING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 3
MPH...5 KM/HR. THIS MOTION SHOULD SHIFT TO THE NORTH-NORTHEAST
THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.  

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 20 MPH...32 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
