ACROSS TEXAS WHILE SLOWLY WEAKENING...ALTHOUGH THREAT OF HEAVY
RAIN AND FLOODING PERSISTS...

FLASH FLOOD WATCHES ARE IN EFFECT FOR TEXAS FROM MUCH OF THE
COAST...WESTWARD THROUGH THE HILL COUNTRY AND INTO PORTIONS OF
WEST TEXAS. 

FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL TEXAS.

AT 1000 AM CDT...1500 UTC...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION ERIN
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 30.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 101.2 WEST...JUST
SOUTH OF BARNHART TEXAS OR ABOUT 85 MILES...137
KILOMETERS...SOUTHEAST OF MIDLAND TEXAS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 13 MPH...15 KT...21 KM/H.
THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT 12 TO
24 HOURS AS ERIN CONTINUES WEAKENING.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 20 MPH...32 KM/HR...WITH A FEW
HIGHER GUSTS. THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS AROUND
1008 MB...29.77 INCHES.
