SOUTH OF LAREDO TEXAS.
THE STORM HAS BEEN DRIFTING SOUTH ALONG THE RIO GRANDE THIS
EVENING AND IS EXPECTED TO HEAD SOUTHWEST INTO MEXICO OVERNIGHT.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 20 MPH NEAR THE CENTER OF THE
REMNANT LOW. MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1007 MB...29.75 INCHES.
THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM IS CONCENTRATED
IN SOUTH TEXAS WHILE WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORMS ARE SCATTERED
OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF THE STATE. AN ADDITIONAL 2 TO 5 INCHES OF
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED NEAR THE STORM CENTER AS THE REMNANTS OF
"FAY " MOVES SOUTHWEST INTO MEXICO.
